Life 2.0 and other nonsense
Life’s good at the moment. No major pains in the a@# to worry about. Over the weekend I had a great time on a photo shoot. The model was wonderful and if you think I’m falling for her don’t I get this way after every shoot. I just love taking pictures and being in that head space is quite fun. I’ve been spending all my free time editing the photos from the shoot which came out quite well. I’m very happy with the results.
There’s just two more shows for “Bye Bye Birdie”. Playing in the pit has been a tremendous experience. It’s been diffucult but rewarding at the same time. If it was easy it wouldn’t have been as much fun. It’s an experience I’m sure I won’t forget.
I’m also working on a book of photography. It represents the shots I’ve taken over the past six months. Which encompasses somewhere in the ballpark of 2 thousand images. I’ve picked the photo’s that will be in the book. All that’s left is the layout, shouldn’t be too hard…I think. I hope to have the book finished in a month or so. I just hope that people enjoy the book as much as I have enjoyed putting it together.
That’s my life at the moment…
Fo-Shizzle!
The Results are in…
For those of you who are just dying to know how we did in the Colgate Country Showdown, California Finals…..Wait for it…
WE WON!!!!!!!!
There were 10 other performers competing from all over Cali. We had the opportunity to meet a lot of very talented performers and even a few songwriters. But in the end the Judges picked us to move on to the Regional competition in Coos Bay Oregon on Oct. 13 2007.

Much love and aloha,

Today’s the day!
Well it the moment we’ve been waiting for and right now we’re just waiting. This morning we did our rehersal and sound check. It went very good and ther was a little bit of an audience so we we’re able to gauge the reactions to our music which is always nice. The crowd seemed into it so I’m definetly not as nervous as I would be if we went up there and played cold.
We also got to hear some of the other contestants. and man they we’re fantastic. There is even a woman from the Big Island. She sounded excellent, as did all the performers. Just waiting to go on stage this afternoon and play our asses off.
Send your aloha our way…
